Lior Avisar

Lior Avisar is a Venture Investor at Alpha Partners, where she brings a unique perspective from her experience helping early-stage startups shape their voice and identity. After pivoting from law, Lior built her career around supporting founders in building their brands from day one. Today, she is regarded as one of the pioneers of the founder-branding approach in Israel, particularly within the cyber, AI and cloud ecosystems.

Lior is the Founder and CEO of Tym, a PR and founder-led marketing agency that became a trusted partner for Israeli startups looking to stand out early and grow strategically. Her firm is working closely with founders, investors, and accelerators across the ecosystem, earning a reputation as a connector and advisor in the critical early stages of company building.

Lior earned her BA in Law (LLB) and MBA from Reichman University.
