Matt Krna is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Two Meter Capital, a portfolio management services and investment business serving institutions and family offices. Two Meter’s core suite of services includes portfolio tracking, management, and reporting; follow-on financing support; exit origination; and service provider oversight. Two Meter currently manages an aggregate portfolio of over 200 companies with an NAV approaching $100 million.

In his two-decade investing career, including most recently as a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Princeville Capital and Partner at SoftBank PrinceVille, Matt helped raise over $1 billion in LP capital and led or co-led successful investments including Remitly (Nasdaq: RELY), Fitbit (NYSE: FIT), BigCommerce (Nasdaq: BIGC), Akili Interactive (Nasdaq: AKLI), Criteo (Nasdaq: CRTO), Greenway Medical (NYSE: GWAY), Kabbage (acquired by American Express for $850 million), Kony (acq. by Temenos), Included Health, SWORD Health, Komodo Health, and others. During his tenure at SoftBank PrinceVille, Matt was an active advisor to SoftBank Group, Alibaba, and YAHOO! Japan and was a member of Sprint’s venture advisory board.

Earlier in his career, Matt was a Vice President and Head of Internet Investing at Investor AB, and an investment professional at Canaan Partners, an early-stage US-based venture fund. He began his career as a technology investment banker at Credit Suisse Tech Group and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Matt graduated from Harvard College with honors after three years of study while competing as a member of the varsity swim team. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and three children.
